1.POSTAGE PACKAGING & DELIVERY
We ship all products from our warehouse in Sofia, Bulgaria. Delivery costs are based on 4 zones:
Zone 1 - Other cities (Bulgaria)
Zone 2 - European countries
Zone 3 - European countries
Zone 4 - European countries
 
Shipping charges:
 

Preferred delivery time (for Bulgarian orders): +1.00 BGN
Most of our orders are delivered within 2-3 days for Bulgarian orders and 3-14 days for European orders.
 
2.PAYMENT
For Bulgarian orders:
You can select from 3 payment options - cash on delivery, Paypal or credit card (Borica).
For international orders:
Available payment options: Credit Card/Paypal. We will ship the items within 24 hours for orders placed Mon-Fri: until 6 pm.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise a payment we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery. All credit card payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store any Credit card details.
3.PRICING
All prices shown on the website are in Bulgarian lev or Euro (please use selector at top of page to switch currencies) and include VAT at 20% and exclude delivery charges. If you select to pay by Paypal your total will be converted to euro, by exchange rate of 1.95 leva for 1 Euro. Delivery charges are displayed separately in the Shipping and Payment pages. We would require full payment for all international orders by Paypal or credit card.


4.SECURITY
We do not store credit or debit card details.


5.RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS 
If you receive damaged or defective goods from us we will offer you a full refund or replacement, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
